Who says Wednesdays have to be ordinary!

Residents recently welcomed the animal therapy team from Boujee Cattle Co. for an afternoon filled with baby goats, rabbits and a few surprise visitors. The experience encouraged interaction, sparked conversation and brought a wonderful energy to our Assisted Living and Memory Care. We’re already looking forward to their next visit!

Residents suited up and soared into the danger zone at our Top Gun 40th Anniversary Resident Mixer! The evening was packed with high-flying fun, featuring a “Find Your Squadron” hunt where residents collected signatures from fellow neighbors for a chance to win a prize — encouraging mingling, laughter, and new connections throughout the community. Two special “pilots” joined the mission, officially pinning our residents and making them honorary Top Gun pilots for the night. Guests enjoyed great food, upbeat energy, and our signature cocktail, the Maverick Punch, making this mixer one for the record books.

Our moms enjoyed a dazzling Kentucky Derby celebration filled with elegance, laughter, and Southern charm. From fabulous fancy hats to the beauty of lovely horses and roses galore, the afternoon was truly one to remember. Residents delighted in delicious Kentucky favorites, refreshing Oak Lilies, and festive treats that brought the spirit of Churchill Downs right to our community. With music, merriment, and fun all around, it was a heartwarming Mother’s Day celebration fit for champions.

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo with festive flair! From tacos and margaritas to mariachi music, dancing and plenty of tequila with extra limes, the community brought the energy and fun all afternoon long. It was a fiesta filled with flavor, music and unforgettable memories.

It was a night to remember at The Palace Gardens!

CBS Miami covered our Senior Prom, where Miami Dade Sheriff deputies attended as dates for residents. What made the evening so meaningful wasn’t just the music or the dancing. It was the genuine connections and joy shared by everyone in the room.

The seniors were able to feel "forever young" with the officers joining them in a prom themed party.

Under a glowing “New York skyline” and softly dimmed lights, we hosted our very first Senior Prom, bringing residents back to one of life’s most unforgettable nights. Old-school tunes filled the room as residents and families laughed, grooved, and created new memories together.

A heartfelt thank you to the Miami Dade Sheriff’s Office, whose incredible deputies stepped in as dates and danced the night away with our residents. It was truly a magical evening we’ll cherish for years to come!

Our resident mixer went wild in the best way possible! From meeting a curious anteater to cuddly encounters with the honeybear, playful lemurs, a stunning yellow python, fox, porcupine, alligator, barn owl, and of course… everyone’s favorite, the adorable otter. Huge thank you to Wild Animal World for creating such a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our residents to connect, explore, and make memories that will last forever!

Our Grand Easter Party was nothing short of magical, where festive spring vibes met luxury living for an unforgettable family experience. From cuddling baby goats and petting fluffy bunnies to feeding gentle cows at our crowd-favorite petting zoo, every moment was filled with joy.

Guests were thrilled to meet Easter’s favorite bunny, who brought extra excitement to our annual egg hunts, making sure every basket was brimming with goodies! With sweet spins from the cotton candy machine and a live band that had everyone dancing, laughing, and celebrating together, it was a day to remember.

Our Happy Hour transformed into a Lucky Irish Extravaganza as residents gathered to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in festive style, complete with what may have been the tallest leprechaun in sight. The afternoon featured lively fiddle and piano performances of Irish classics, along with delicious food and festive drinks that brought everyone together. It was a truly shamrockin’ gathering filled with good cheer and a touch of Irish luck.

The Palace Gardens welcomed the Year of the Horse in unforgettable fashion during a vibrant Chinese New Year celebration filled with culture, energy and joy. Residents and guests enjoyed the excitement of traditional lion dancers, dazzling performances from a soaring stiltwalker and a festive atmosphere illuminated by glowing lanterns and lively music. Delicious Chinese cuisine and specialty lychee martinis added to the evening’s celebration as friends gathered to honor tradition and welcome a year of prosperity, happiness and new beginnings together.
