We opted to build and paint our shelves… Idk why we do this to ourselves… 😭 But finally got them all built! Now to finish painting them! That’s tomorrow’s work though! 😅

For those who are new to our journey, we decided to open a physical shop after doing online for 4+ years… while finishing my BA in Religious Studies and writing a book set to publish August 2027 by a MAJOR witchy publisher! It has been INTENSE but no said chasing our dreams was easy! 🙃

When we let others know we have over 35,000+ sales on Etsy in just 4 years, many assume we must be making lots of money…...

When we let others know we have over 35,000+ sales on Etsy in just 4 years, many assume we must be making lots of money… this is not really the case… we try to stay competitive which means lower prices… we truly wish to spread our products and traditions to as many homes as possible… but the sad reality is that these platforms take a HUGE chunk of profits… at times leaving us in the negative or in this case just $1… which is not enough to cover cost of product, product packaging, label, ink, paper, shipping envelope and shipping label… it’s the cost we pay to stay relevant…

Don’t get me wrong— please do continue supporting us and other businesses in these platforms as it helps the algorithm push out our products and brand… I share this to spread mindfulness so as shoppers we look for alternative ways of supporting our favorite businesses outside of these platforms… look at their business cards… do they have a website? Usually fees are significantly less when purchasing through their own website.

We have become so used to purchasing on these platforms but the reality is, we keep making these companies richer at the expense of Small Businesses…

Hi Everyone! 👋 So, I am doing it… I am opening the shop I have always wanted… finally fulfilling my dreams… all while completing my Bachelor’s in Religious Studies after a 10-year hiatus and finalizing my first book set to publish August of 2027 with a major spiritual publisher! I have been grinding hard… going through months on end with little sleep… pushing through to accomplish my goals and reach for my dreams… ✨

I started my business after moving back from the west coast where it was impossible to find traditional herbs and products that were plentiful in South Florida. I usually found illegitimate products marketed as a traditional product but not remotely close… this is what inspired me to start… a way to keep my traditions alive as taught to me by my family and elders. 🌿

It has been a wonderful journey so far… which is why we decided to make the move to open a retail storefront. Trusting in our spirits, ancestors and the orishas…

I’m not gonna lie… I’m exhausted… and nervous… I’ve poured all my savings into this new chapter and can really use some help from the community… I know things are tough now but if you have some money laying around and can support, would you take a look at our shop?

We have a large selection of traditional and rare herbs popularly used in various spiritual practices! We also have a large selection of oils, incense, soaps and more that we carefully handcraft based on study, research, experience and knowledge passed down from generations. If you can’t make a purchase now, that’s fine! Mention us to your friends and family, heart our shop and listings or add to your cart or wishlist! All this helps more than you know! 🥹🙏🏼💕✨
