✨ Oracle Card Reveal ✨

🧡 Card 1 | Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra invites you to honor your emotional world with curiosity and compassion. Emotions are not meant to be ignored, judged, or held onto forever. They are messengers, offering insight into what matters most. If you find yourself feeling stuck, ask what your emotions are trying to teach you, then gently allow them to move through you rather than settling in.

Reflection:

✨ What emotion has been asking for my attention?

✨ What would it feel like to allow this feeling to move through me instead of holding onto it?

🤍 Card 2 | Surrender

Not every question has an immediate answer, and not every challenge can be solved through effort alone. Sometimes the greatest wisdom arrives when we stop striving and create space to simply listen. Surrender is not giving up. It is trusting that clarity will come in its own time when we become quiet enough to receive it.

Reflection:

✨ Where am I trying to force an answer or outcome?

✨ How can I create a little more stillness in my day today?

💙 Card 3 | Hero

We often think of heroes as people who rescue us, yet this card reminds us that true strength is also found in community. In the presence of those we trust, we are reminded that we don't have to carry every burden alone. Allow yourself to lean into the people who make you feel safe, supported, and understood. There is courage in both offering and receiving help.

Reflection:

✨ Who helps me feel safe enough to be fully myself?

✨ How can I both receive and offer support with an open heart?

Whether your card encouraged you to feel, surrender, or lean into the support around you, today's messages remind us that healing doesn't always happen through doing. Sometimes it begins with allowing, listening, and remembering that we are never meant to walk this path alone.

Which card resonated with you most? We'd love to hear in the comments.

✨ Oracle Card of the Day ✨

Today's guidance comes from The Empathic Oracle by Steve Wilson & Michelle Motuzas.

Take a slow, steady breath. Allow yourself to become still for just a moment. Rather than choosing with your mind, let your intuition guide you.

This summer has been a lot…There are times when the rain has seemed endless, and then came the tornado that ripped through our community. It has been a long week, and I know many of us are still feeling the effects.

And yet, in the middle of all of it, I have been reminded of something quite powerful.

I have never been more grateful for my neighbors. We've gathered together in the streets clearing branches, checked in on one another, shared supplies, and offered encouragement when there weren't really words to make things better. It hasn't changed what happened, but it has reminded me that none of us has to go through difficult seasons alone.

Sometimes the world feels heavy. The news can be discouraging. Life can feel uncertain. As you move through this week, I invite you to step outside and look around. Notice the people who make up your neighborhood. Offer a smile. Lend a hand. Reach out with a kind word. Grow your community one conversation, one act of kindness, and one helping hand at a time.

How can you connect with your community this week?

✅Mark your calendar for our Autumn Blood Drive, Friday, September 11. Give blood ❤️ Sip coffee ☕ Build community 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

❤️ Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. It could be a premature baby fighting for life in the ICU, a parent undergoing treatment for Stage 3 leukemia, or a trauma patient who’s just arrived in the emergency room. Donated blood is a lifesaver in countless medical situations, and your generous donation can make a truly extraordinary impact.

❤️ If you're feeling hesitant, especially about needles, you're not alone—but there's no need to worry. Most donors describe the sensation as a brief, mild pinch. The entire process is safe, quick, and carefully monitored by trained professionals. From start to finish, giving blood typically takes less than an hour, and afterward, you’ll leave not only with a snack but with the powerful knowledge that your single donation could help save up to three lives.

❤️ Registration is now open! Whether you're a first-time donor or a returning hero, we’d love to see you. For more information and to schedule your appointment, please visit Vitalant at https://bit.ly/4bV2R8c

❤️ Be someone’s reason for hope—donate blood today.

Have you ever stopped to notice how your yoga practice has transformed you? 🦋

Like the monarch butterfly, change doesn't happen all at once. It unfolds gradually—with patience, persistence, and trust in the process. One breath. One class. One moment of connection.

Maybe your practice has made you stronger. More patient. More grounded. More compassionate. Or perhaps it's simply become the place where you can exhale and remember who you are.

This week, we invite you to continue your own journey of transformation. Whether you're building strength, finding balance, seeking stillness, or simply making time for yourself, there's a place for you on the mat.

✨ In one word, tell us how yoga changed your life? We'd love to hear your story in the comments.

Here is this week's class schedule. We can't wait to practice with you!

On Saturday evening, Jeremy and I attended a celebration of life for the father of one of our longtime friends. What struck me most was how celebratory the occasion truly was. We came together to laugh, spend time in a shared space, and remember a man who shaped us all in both small and profound ways. There was also space for grief, for sharing what we miss, the memories that will never be made, and the challenges his illness brought to those who loved him.

The coexistence of joy and sorrow was striking. It reminded me that life rarely asks us to choose one emotion over another. More often, it invites us to hold both. We can grieve what has been lost while feeling grateful for what was shared. We can miss someone deeply while smiling at the memories they left behind. Our hearts are capable of carrying both joy and sorrow at the same time.

As you move through this week, notice the moments when two seemingly opposite emotions arise together. Joy and grief. Hope and uncertainty. Peace and excitement.

Rather than pushing one feeling aside, what might happen if you made space for both? Perhaps true mindfulness is not found in choosing one emotion over another, but in allowing ourselves to be fully present with the whole of our experience, just as it is in this moment.

What emotions arise in this moment when you simply pause and notice, without judging them and changing them?
