"I understand how difficult it is to not only to hire but retain staff at facilities such as Aliya. My mother has been in 4 different facilities because of age based issues. Alina is by far the best of the bunch. While it was sometimes hard for her to get the attention of junior staff for such things as changing diapers, getting more water or helping her open things, senior staff was more than competent providing support and.." says Helen

"Brittany Lewis was very instrumental in assisting me to get my loved one out of a horrific situation, into a place where her qualify of life is number one.

Brittany went above and beyond to ensure the transition happened in a timely matter.

Once I arrived at Ailya the staff at the front desk to the Admin, CNA's and nursing staff made sure i understand the full process of assisting my loved one getting settled in.

We take pride in our outstanding therapy team, specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Additionally, we offer hemodialysis six days a week and can accommodate peritoneal dialysis, along with the capability to care for high-acuity patients, including those with tracheostomies.
