I just completed and received my 300 Hour Luminous Warrior Yoga and Awareness Keys Certification through Yoga Farm Ithaca.
I am so blessed that my journey through life led me to Yoga Farm of Ithaca - to all the teachers and to all of the Warriors….
God brings people into your life for a reason! I needed them more than they will ever know!
ONE of the best things about this journey - I FOUND MY TRIBE! Yay!!!!!!

Close your eyes.
Inhale through your nose softly and slowly - smell all the smelz.
Exhale through your nose softly and slowly - feel all the feelz in your body.
Inhale and Exhale.
Your ALIVE!!! Amen!

Had so much fun last week during “Cruise🛳 Week” at the Vineyard Bluffton. The activities there are top notch and so much fun!
I guided ✌🏻fun, chair 🪑 classes for ✌🏻 different communities while exploring Venice, Italy 🇮🇹.
We took a gondola ride 🛶 while listening to Dean Martin and Pavorati.
Everyone enjoyed our time together - especially 🙋🏻‍♀️ me!

I just love this so much!

There is no virtue higher than love; there is no treasure higher than love; there is no knowledge higher than love, there is no Dharma higher than love; there is no religion higher than love; because love is Truth; love is God. God is an embodiment of love. In every inch of His creation, you can verily understand His love. #
