✨ A simple positioning tip that can make breastfeeding feel more comfortable!
Worried that your baby’s nose is pressed into your breast while feeding? You don’t necessarily need to pull your breast away from their nose.
Instead, try bringing baby’s hips and bottom in closer to your body 🤱
When baby’s body comes in closer, their head naturally tips back slightly—helping create a little more space between their nose and your breast while still allowing them to maintain a deep latch.
Think: hips in → chin in → nose free👃✨
Such a small positioning adjustment, but it can make a big difference in helping you feel more comfortable and confident while feeding your baby.
