When a client comes in with persistent hip pain, I don’t just look at the hip—I look at the entire structure.
This client was struggling with discomfort on her left side. In just one 2 hour session, we focused on decompressing the torso and leveling the pelvis to take the "load" off that joint.
Check out the structural shifts:
✅ Pelvic Leveling: Notice how the pelvis moves from a forward tilt to a neutral, supportive base.
✅ Thoracic Lift: We cleared the compression in the mid-back, allowing the ribcage to stack effortlessly.
✅ Shoulder Integration: The rounding in the upper back is gone, replaced by an open chest and relaxed shoulders.
When the foundation is level, the body stops fighting gravity and starts moving with ease.
