The one keeping the wheels turning, the vibes high, and somehow holding everything together with grace (and probably caffeine). From early mornings to late nights, she’s been pouring so much into Plunge & Barrel and making sure this space continues to grow, flow, and feel like home for everyone who walks through the doors.

As a former semi-pro athlete, Amanda knows the importance of taking care of your body — and when she’s not taking care of everyone else here, you can usually find her unwinding with red light therapy and the infrared sauna. Her favorite way to reset, recharge, and keep that glow going ✨♨️
