Valley Comfort Care Home is always looking for the best ways to give our residents the kind of care that supports them in this stage of life. Rather than simply trying to placate them as quickly and easily as possible, we look to provide a high quality of life that addresses issues that our Kupuna are going through at the time so they can enjoy every moment.

One of our sweet residents, Ms. Irene, absolutely loves creating her own floral arrangements. Each week, she enjoys heading out to our garden, choosing flowers that catch her eye, and bringing them together into a beautiful arrangement of her own. 🌺🌼🌿

We love watching her creativity come to life as she thinks about which flowers to pick, how to arrange them, and what she wants to create that week. No two arrangements are ever quite the same!

Activities like this are about so much more than making something beautiful. They give our residents opportunities to continue enjoying the hobbies they love, express their creativity, make their own choices, and take pride in something they’ve created. 💗

And one of our favorite parts? Seeing the smile on Miss Irene’s face when her newest arrangement is complete. 😊💐

☀️Today was a beautiful day in Hawaii, and we made the most of it! 🌺🌴

Our wonderful residents enjoyed a fun outing filled with sunshine, fresh air, good food, laughter, and great company. 💕 We enjoyed getting out into the community, exploring, sharing a meal, and simply enjoying each other’s company.

And of course, there were plenty of smiles, peace signs, and happy moments along the way! ✌️😊

At Valley Comfort Care Home, we believe that life is about more than just care. It’s about creating experiences, staying connected to the community, enjoying the little things, and making beautiful memories together. ❤️
