Sometimes the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that not everyone deserves a front-row seat in my life.

For a long time, I listened to opinions that made me question myself, my goals, and the path I knew I wanted to take. But growth requires courage, and courage often means walking away from negativity, doubt, and people who don’t support your vision.

I’ve learned to protect my peace, trust my instincts, and stop seeking approval from those who don’t want to see me succeed.

The secret is this: nobody will believe in you more than you believe in yourself.

Keep going, even when it’s hard.Keep showing up, even when nobody notices.Keep chasing your dreams, even when others don’t understand them.

Clear space for people who inspire you, support you, and genuinely want to see you win.

The right people will celebrate your growth. The wrong people will teach you valuable lessons.

Last Saturday in Hawai’i, our hearts were wrapped in Ukrainian spirit as we celebrated Vyshyvanka Day together. 🇺🇦🌺

Seeing our community come together in beautiful embroidered vyshyvankas, sharing traditions, songs, laughter, and memories so far from home reminded me how powerful unity truly is. Even across the ocean, we continue to carry our culture, history, and identity with pride.

I am deeply grateful for every person who helped organize, support, perform, volunteer, and simply show up with love for Ukraine. What we are building here in Hawai’i is more than a community — it is a family. A place where Ukrainian traditions live on, where children learn their roots, and where we support one another through every season.

Thank you to everyone who made this celebration so meaningful and unforgettable. 💙💛
Together, we keep Ukraine alive in our hearts, our voices, and our traditions — no matter where we are in the world.
