Happy Full Moon 🌕

This is the Strawberry Moon, the first Full Moon after the Summer Solstice, and it is happening in Capricorn.

Full Moons are energetic peaks. This is when the light is at its brightest, and things have a way of revealing themselves. What has been building may reach a turning point. What we’ve outgrown may feel harder to ignore. What we’re ready to release may finally become clear.

With Capricorn involved, this one feels like a check-in with what we are building. Not just what we want, but what we are willing to tend to, commit to, and take responsibility for.

Happy Summer Solstice ☀️✨

This is a time to set intentions for what you would like to see grow over the coming year, replenish your vitality, and work with themes of abundance, creativity, and possibility. It’s also the beginning of Cancer season, reminding us to tend to our home environment and emotional foundation. Growth is easier when we feel grounded and supported.
