Traditional Filipino Hilot is an ancestral healing system designed to identify imbalances and restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.

Your session includes traditional pulse reading, hand assessment, ancestral diagnosis, Hilot bodywork, Bentusa (cupping), Dagdagay foot reflexology, and Pagsasala banana leaf scanning, a unique Filipino healing practice that uses banana leaves to identify areas of pain, tension, and stagnant energy.

We close with smoke fumigation, prayers, chanting, drumming, cord cutting, and aura cleansing with plants, allowing you to release what no longer serves you.

I had the honor of receiving a traditional Filipino tattoo from .tattoos at .tattoo . More than a tattoo, it was an experience of culture, connection, ancestry, and identity.
