We need your help. Our amazing and award-winning clinic 21 Yr Old, Cascade Acupuncture Center, is at risk of eviction over a $75 fee we already paid. The Oregon lawyer shortage crisis is directly affecting us as we can't representation thus justice for this manufactured default. There's no place for us to go so evicting us is shutting us down. We serve veterans, cancer patients, the elderly, and many others who rely on our care in this rural area. There is no other clinic like ours nearby, and patients travel over an hour to see us. We urgently need legal help to fight this eviction and continue serving our community.

Despite our landlord cashing our $9,600 rent check, she held a separate $116 check and pursued eviction. This is just one of many issues we've faced since September, including her rejecting a buyer who wanted us to stay. The landlord is trying to not honor our 5 Year lease extension. She's been fighting us on this since Sept 2025.
