Employee Spotlight...

Meet Lisa. A...our Director of Nursing at Autumn Fields Adult Community-Hoopeston

Lisa has been part of our Autumn Fields Family for the past five years and has over 15 years of experience working in the geriatric field.

When asked what she enjoys about her job, Lisa said, “I could not imagine doing anything else. It's more than just a job for me. The residents are amazing; the staff are all very caring and it's a warm & friendly environment."

Lisa resides in Hoopeston and has three daughters as well as eight grandchildren.

She enjoys working in the yard and playing with her dog; an 80-pound Labrador Retriever named Hank.

We are so grateful to Lisa and all she does. The care and compassion she gives to each resident are just two of her special qualities. Thank you, Lisa, for being the amazing person you are!

He said YES TO THE ADDRESS!

We are pleased to welcome our most recent Autumn Fields Adult Community-Hoopeston resident, Richard P.

Richard is originally from Terre Haute, Indiana. He and his wife moved to the Hoopeston area where he worked at FMC, and his wife taught school at Maple Grade School.

When asked what he enjoys about living at Autumn Fields, Richard said, "I like that the staff takes such great care of me. They are all wonderful, patient and very kind. Nurse Lisa orders my medicines for me, and she makes sure I am well taken care of. Every single staff member makes sure all of my needs are met. I really like the food too. When my wife passed away, my family and I decided it was time for me to make the move from our two-story home which had a large yard and had just gotten to be too much for me. We used to drive by Autumn Fields and admire it."

When asked what advice he would give to someone wanting to move to Autumn Fields, Richard said, "I would recommend touring other places just like my family and I did just to see what the options are. I am certain that you will return to Autumn Fields and love it as much as I do, though."

We truly love having Richard as part of our Autumn Fields Family!

⭐️Employee of the Month!⭐️

Congratulations to Carolyn Primozic on being chosen as this month's recipient!

Carolyn has worked at Autumn Fields Adult Community-Hoopeston for the past year where she has really made a difference.

She is originally from Chicago but has resided in Hoopeston for the past 38 years where she raised three children.

When asked what she enjoys about her job, Carolyn said, "I enjoy working with the residents to make sure they are happy and well taken care of. If a resident seems as if they need some motivation, I try to keep them upbeat by spreading positivity. I always hope I am making a difference in their lives. I have worked at other senior living communities, but absolutely love working for both Emily, the Executive Director and Lisa, our DON. They are truly the best at what they do and I am blessed to work in such a loving and caring environment."

Thank you, Carolyn for all you do! We are truly grateful for the compassion and care you show to our residents.
