Are you ok being a Type 2 diabetic?

Yeah, I didn't think you would be.
I wasn't okay with being Type 2 either.
SO........
I took control of my health. I made the commitment to eat cleaner, to move my body and to be consistent. I found food I could drink. Fiber that actually tastes good and works. I studied intermittent fasting and paired it with drinking teas and fiber that were like a GLP-1(a natural glp-1) EXCEPT no side-effects and no injections. RESULTS: Lost 130 pounds. A1C was 13.9 today 5.5. No more metformin. No more insulin. No more finger sticks.

The HARDEST part of doing what I have done is MAKING THE DECISION TO DO IT!
