Knowing how your breasts normally look and feel can help you notice changes. Contact your healthcare provider if you notice:
💕 A new lump in your breast or underarm
💕 Changes in breast size or shape
💕 Skin dimpling, redness, or swelling
💕 New ni**le changes or unusual discharge

These changes don’t always mean cancer, but they deserve medical attention. Don’t wait for your next routine mammogram to bring up a concern.

Some breast cancers cause no symptoms, so talk with your provider about the screening schedule that’s right for you. 💗
