I am a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University with an Associates in Applied Science and a diploma in Massage Therapy. I have continued my education by taking courses /certifications by Erik Dalton/Paul Kelly and Niel Asher to name a few. I took courses focusing on injury prevention and recovery, skeletal alignment, Trigger Point Therapy, oncology, and hospital based (working with medi

cal conditions), as well as your 'regular' modalities. I have also had the opportunity to work with some of the athletes at University of Minnesota and some Major sports teams including training camp with the Minnesota Vikings (and some visiting teams). I worked three seasons with the Minnesota United FC , working closely with their athletic trainers at the National Sports Center and on the road, to help rehabilitate athletes from current and previous injuries as well as prevent them from happening (and some visiting teams). I have a 10 year background in healthcare and worked as an Advanced EMT for Allina Health including four years in the Critical Care and Surgical ICU, then transferred to the Emergency Department for two years before retiring from the field.
