The Special Olympic Games are coming to MN in June, and there is a great opportunity for my peeps with higher support needs to get involved! The MATP program is what FlexAbility Fitness has ALWAYS been about-- getting people with ANY abilities involved! Check out this program taking place on Sunday June 21st (Father's Day) at the UofM! I will be there-- so come check it out with me!

Meet me at Firemen's Park (Located next to the Curling Center) in Chaska from 12-1 today for Picnic & Pals! It's a great day for the beach, fishing from the pier, using the playground, or just chilling with friends! Bring a lunch, buy something from the concession stand (ice cream!) or just enjoy some time with friends!
