We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Lead and Wisconsin Behavioral Treatment Supervisor.

You'll anchor the clinical side of a first-of-its-kind effort: bringing BrainyAct, our gamification-based neurolearning platform for people ages 6 to 30 with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and related neurodevelopmental conditions, under Wisconsin Medicaid coverage.

It was a Tuesday. Nothing special about it. I dropped her off, she grabbed her backpack, and right before the door shut she turned around and said "I love you, Mom."

Pencils, folders, a backpack. The list covers all of it.

What it leaves out: how to get through a fire drill without shutting down, what to do when the routine changes with a substitute teacher, how to navigate a loud, chaotic lunchroom. Nobody hands you that list. Most families write it themselves, one hard day at a time.

The kids who adjust best aren't always the ones who seem ready on paper. They're the ones who've had real practice staying regulated through change, well before the first bell rings. That's a lot of what BrainyAct works on at home, about 10 minutes a day, so your child walks in with a little more of the toolkit they need.
