"If I can do it... anyone can do it!!!"
Let me just tell you a bit about my weight history. I'm a nearly 59 yr old woman who has been obese my entire adult life. I had zero discipline and a horrible addiction to sugar & carbs so I just continued to pack on the pounds until 2018 when I hit my worst moment and my Dr said I was 345 lbs and was diabetic. I have fibromyalgia and it was at it's worst as well. I panicked and knew I had to do something so I went on the keto diet and over the next year I lost 100 lbs. I kept it off for awhile but then in 2022 my Dr took me off keto because my cholesterol was climbing. I still ate healthy foods, but my body was confused and I had some cheat days here & there and before I knew it, I had gained 49 of those 100 lbs back and soon was back to 294 lbs. I was devastated. My fibromyalgia pain came back with a vengeance & I couldn't even exercise because of the pain. My blood pressure was up, my legs were edemic, I was miserable. I started juicing veggies which did help to drop a few pounds, but not much.
It was then that I reached out to my chiropractor, Dr Mary Andrashko for advice, and she suggested I might want to consider Chirothin. She sent me an informative video to watch. I was intrigued... yet a bit hesitant, because it seemed like an incredibly strict diet... and as I stated in the beginning of this, my discipline isn't so good. But Dr Mary felt that if I was able to succeed at keto, I could succeed at Chirothin, so I decided to give it a try.
I was the most worried about giving up my milk & cheese (which I LOVE) and drinking 12 glasses of water daily since I'm not a water drinker AT ALL.
But I got a new scale, got a food scale, and dove in head first! I was very surprised at how much 4 oz of food actually is! I am a breakfast person and was worried I'd miss my breakfasts, but I actually didn't. I was a bit hungry the first day or 2 in the morning but after that, not at all. I was religious about taking my drops. I set my alarm for 8 am, 3 pm & 10 pm. Some days I didn't get all 12 glasses of water in, but when I didn't, I always came close! I was surprised that I had no desire to snack between meals, and I wasn't hungry. There were times, I even forgot it was mealtime because I wasn't hungry!
The weight began to come off, averaging about ½ to 1 lb per day. Some days I would plateau for a bit but Dr Mary kept encouraging me & she knew exactly what to do if a plateau lasted too long to get things moving again.
Soon I noticed my clothes were getting looser, then the inches were going down when I did my measurements! That, plus Dr Mary's encouraging words were all the motivation I needed to keep going!
My blood pressure went down and my Dr cut my blood pressure medication in half!!
My edema on my legs is nearly gone, my fibromyalgia pain is also nearly gone as well.
I can now go to the gym and work out without my swollen legs & fibromyalgia pain stopping me!
In the 6 week program, I lost 28 lbs. I also lost 5 inches off my waist, 2 in. off my neck, 2.4 in. off my hips & 3.5 in. off my thighs. I went down 2 sizes in my clothes.
After the 6 week program, I've been so motivated by how good I've been feeling, that I chose to continue on with the maintenance program and added in an exercise routine. I am still losing weight!
I would strongly encourage anyone who wants to lose weight to try Chirothin.
Like I said in the beginning...
If I can do it... ANYONE can do it!!!
