I always come back to this simple idea: your body knows how to use food in its most whole, nutrient-dense form.

That’s why I start here before anything else.

That looks like beef organs as the base, because they deliver what most prenatals are trying (and failing) to recreate… iron, choline, B vitamins, and real food-based nourishment your body actually recognizes.

From there I layer in whole food supplements and herbs to support the seasons of pregnancy, but the foundation stays the same.

Your pelvis is not a fixed hole.

Movement matters. Position matters. Gravity matters. Feeling SAFE matters.

Sometimes one simple position change can:
