This is Her’Dration Raspberry Refresher, and I made it because nothing on the shelf was working for me.
I was dealing with the kind of stuff a lot of women deal with and don’t talk about much — the crashes, the brain fog, the cycle weeks that wreck you. I’d buy something that promised to help, take it for a month, and end up with a $60 tub of something that tasted like cough syrup and didn’t do much. Then I’d buy the next one. Then the next one. That went on longer than I’d like to admit.
So I stopped buying and started reading. What I kept landing on was inositol — the ingredient that actually has research behind it for women’s hormonal support — but almost nothing on the market had a real dose of it. The ones that did were either capsules you had to take six of, or they cost more per month than my grocery budget allowed. Everything else was electrolytes with pink packaging and a wellness word on the front.
Her’Dration is what I built instead. One scoop, 2.5 teaspoons, into 16 oz of cold water:
**4 g myo-inositol** — the real clinical dose, not a dusting
**200 mg L-theanine** — for the calm-focus, no jitters
**25 mg pregnenolone**
**52.5 mg magnesium malate**
**390 mg sodium** from Redmond Real Salt, plus **260 mg potassium** — actual hydration, not just flavor
Sweetened with organic debittered stevia. No cane sugar, no artificial dyes, no fillers to make the scoop look bigger.
Thirty servings for $49. That’s about $1.63 a day, and it replaced three separate things I was buying before.
The raspberry is tart. Not candy-tart — actual raspberry, the kind that makes you pucker a little. I drink it every morning and Wyatt drinks it too, which was not part of the plan but here we are.
We’re a family. We make this because we use it. That’s the entire business model.
