Today, we are so excited to celebrate Cynthia as she returns home! 🏡
It has been a joy having Cindy with us, and we are incredibly proud of all the hard work and progress she has made throughout her rehabilitation journey. She truly won over all of our hearts with her humor, kindness, and positivity.

Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, Stephanie! 🎉

Steph is a valuable member of the Maple City Rehab & Nursing Center team.
She works diligently behind the scenes managing our Medical Records while also ensuring our facility stays well-stocked by ordering the supplies our staff rely on every day. Her organization, attention to detail, and dedication help keep our operations running smoothly and support the exceptional care we provide to our residents.

Stephanie’s hard work, reliability, and positive attitude do not go unnoticed. We are grateful for everything she does and are proud to recognize her for the difference she makes each and every day.

Today we’re celebrating a wonderful milestone as Jerry heads home! 🎉
After working hard with our incredible therapy and nursing teams, he’s made amazing progress and is ready to return home with his family.

Our residents had a wonderful time getting their hands dirty and planting zucchini in our garden! After patiently watching them grow, it was time to harvest the fruits of their labor. 🌿

And what better way to enjoy our fresh zucchini than by turning it into delicious homemade zucchini muffins! 🧁😋

From planting to harvesting to baking, our residents enjoyed every step of this hands-on activity. There’s nothing quite like enjoying something you grew yourself!

Maple City Rehab & Nursing is proud to host a Back-to-School Supply Drive to help local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed, with all donations going to Hornell Central School.

Our residents had a blast stepping back in time for an unforgettable 80s-themed activity!
The fun kicked off with a lively game of Name That Tune, where everyone enjoyed testing their memory and singing along to some of their favorite hits from the decade.🎤

To top off the celebration, everyone cooled down with delicious orange and root beer floats—the perfect sweet treat to complete our throwback party!
