A few reminders!
✨Even as we approach the summer heat, we still are offering the free red light therapy to those going through, or have recently finished, cancer treatments. We have a second bed option that does not produce the heat like the first one, but keeps all the benefits!
✨Core strength classes are started! Mondays at 9 am and Fridays at 5:30 pm. We offer three packages, from an individual session to see if this is something for you to 12 sessions with unlimited access to our gym equipment during business hours!
✨We are open Saturdays for RLT! Those who work weekdays and can’t get in this is the time for you. 9 am-2pm
✨Appointments are encouraged but not required for RLT! If you’re a new customer you get $10 off your first individual session.
✨We sell Crate & Basket products!! We strongly recommend the magnesium lotion, but you can’t go wrong with any of these products.
