This group incorporates ropes course, equine-assisted activities, and other outdoor therapeutic experiences to foster trust, communication, confidence, and healthy relationships.

FREE- 2nd Thursday of Every Month- Starting September 10th

6:00 pm- 7:00 pm

This monthly supportive group provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for parents and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and support one another. Whether your child is neurodivergent, navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, or simply experiencing the everyday ups and downs of growing up, all parents and caregivers are welcome. Virtual option available.

A research-based 10-week parenting group that teaches parents the same skills therapists use to help young children experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
