Hospice Home Care Hot Springs was honored to facilitate a memorial service and balloon release in memory of those we have served and who have passed over the last year. Hospice is so much more than nursing and end of life service. From our Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteer Services, PCR’s, Community liaisons, CNA’s, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Doctors and RN’s, and from Palliative Care to the service of Hospice, our staff is a team and goes above and beyond to care for our patients. Every staff member is involved in the care of our patients, including the office staff who work behind the scenes to make sure calls are taken, records are kept, field staff has support and the most current information. All are involved in each patients care.
With this involvement comes a responsibility and a privilege of getting to know our patients and their families to provide the highest level of care.
Relationships are built and trust is earned. Every patient and every family we serve are now part of our Hospice Home Care family and the memories these families have shared with us will live on in our hearts forever.
