My seeker’s heart radiates gratitude 🙏

I’ve been blessed to walk alongside my sweet nephews in this life in mentorship and guidance and I now get to witness them step into their own soul’s alignment with their purpose in this life.

I have ride or die friends like Sarah Cain who are always up for and adventure and we’re currently in the middle of a home state adventure in Lewisburg, WV❤️

And next month I’m hosting my first ever conscious connection retreat with a foundation of yogic wisdom and energetics that will support those beautiful souls called to rest into their divine service driven mission on Earth where I’ll be offering Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and foundations in building a regular meditation practice 🌿

This life journey and my curriculum keeps getting sweeter and I see a pathway into leadership within my community that feels so edgy and so needed in this chaotic world 💫

AND in November I’m inviting in a virtual 5k fundraiser globally for human trafficking in India to help support women and young girls in the red light district 🇮🇳

If you’re sitting on the fence of something new you’re opening up to in your life, the odds are I’m here for it, to be your cheerleader, to ask you questions, to offer intuitive breath to help support your inner knowing of the next steps!

If you want to work with me, want to support me, want to join a collective mission, DM me. Let’s connect and chat with curiosity 🙏

Planting seeds for November 2026
Run for MAMA India is a virtual 5K rooted in movement, soul work, and global care.

This run is an offering —
for mothers, children, and families supported by the Drop In Centers in Kolkata, where access to education, nourishment, and stability changes lives every day.

You don’t have to be fast.
You don’t have to be a runner.
You just have to show up — in your body, in your breath, in your care.

Walk.
Jog.
Run.
Move however your body allows.

Every step becomes a prayer.
Every mile becomes support.
Every participant becomes part of something bigger than themselves.

This is movement as devotion.
This is wellness that reaches beyond the self.

All proceeds from Run for MAMA India support the work local communities are doing to support vulnerable children and families — helping create safer, more resourced futures through education, care, and community.

Saying it loud for those in the back!! Women Are Meant to Gather in Circle and connect deeply with Their Wombs

There’s celestial magic that happens when women come together in sacred space. It’s a remembering—of who we are beyond the noise, beyond the expectations, beyond the rush of the world. AND When we gather, something shifts. Our nervous systems settle. Our hearts soften. Our wombs whisper our inner wisdom into being.

For centuries, women have gathered in circles—sharing stories, tending to one another, and honoring the cycles that pulse through our bodies and the earth. But in today’s social and political climate, many have forgotten this rhythm. We’ve been conditioned to disconnect from our bodies, silence our intuition, and power through life in ways that leave us depleted and out of sync.

But our wombs remember.
Our womb space isn’t just the seat of creation—it’s where we hold our emotions, our desires, and our deep knowing. When we gather with other women and turn inward to reconnect with this sacred space, we begin to release, realign, and reclaim our divine birthright. We honor the phases of our cycles—our own inner seasons—and learn to move in harmony with life instead of against it.

This is the invitation.
To come home to yourself. To remember that you were never meant to do it all alone. To sit in circle where you can breathe, be seen, and soften into the wisdom that’s already within you.

In my upcoming offering, Lunar Embodiment: Awakening Feminine Wisdom Through Yoga and Ritual I’ll be guiding us back to this ancient rhythm—through movement, meditation, and ritual that honors the sacred phases of the womb. If your heart feels the pull, I’d love to have you join me.

Because when women gather, we heal. And when we heal, we begin to see clearly the path forward, as it is written in the stars.

I am a vessel of divine care. I replenish myself with ease and grace

Lately, I’ve felt the whispers of my body calling me back to deeper care. I’m feeling a little dehydrated and a little reactive in my relationships. It’s as if my system is asking for more spaciousness, a deeper connection to breath, more time to soften and be held.

I’ve been reflecting on how easy it is to pour into others—my family, my sisters, my community—and how, sometimes, I forget to pour that same devotion back into myself. My heart celebrates the women I admire, yet I’ve realized that a part of me has been longing to feel that same level of support and abundance within. It’s time to mother myself show myself unwavering love ❤️

As I stand three months sober, I feel more clear but also a little stagnant—like I’m in the fertile void where old patterns dissolve before new growth emerges. I know this space is sacred, a sign that I’m ready to invite in deeper nourishment and flow.

So tomorrow, I am creating space.
A space to hydrate, to move gently, to nourish with intention. A space to breathe, reflect, and listen to the whispers of my body. A space to receive as fully as I give.

✨ Sunday’s Sacred Ritual:
🌸 Awaken softly with warm lemon water and pranayama practice
🍃 Cleanse with Abhyanga (oil massage) and a salt rinse.
🍲 Nourish with grounding kitchari and hydrate deeply.
🧘‍♀️ Rest in restorative poses and listen inward.
🔥 Reignite creativity through movement and journaling.
🌑 Close with compassion, womb connection, and stillness.

Tomorrow is about remembering: I am worthy of ease, joy, and divine support. As I refill my own cup, I trust that abundance will flow effortlessly—because I am no longer just giving, I am receiving.

How are you creating space to nourish yourself this weekend? 💫
