I'm so excited to share that my latest article was published in Helpful Living Magazine.

This one is personal. I share pieces of my own journey, what I've learned through years of working with trauma survivors, and why I believe healing is possible. We don't have to stay stuck in the cycles we've inherited.

I grew up in a family deeply impacted by trauma, addiction, grief, and loss. Those experiences shaped my life—but they also shaped my purpose. After years of walking alongside individuals and families as a therapist, I've learned that healing isn't about fixing people. It's about creating the right environment for people to reconnect with themselves and each other. 💞☀️
That's why we created our 3-Day Intensive Therapeutic Retreats in Hot Springs, Montana.
For three days, we step away from the noise and into intentional healing through trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, education, and genuine human connection.
