Men's Health Month is a reminder that taking care of your health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and the people who depend on you.

Regular checkups, preventive screenings, physical activity, healthy eating, and addressing health concerns early can help prevent serious illness and improve quality of life. Yet many men delay seeking care until a problem becomes too difficult to ignore.

This month, we encourage all men to make their health a priority. Schedule that appointment, ask questions, and take the next step toward a healthier future.

Your health matters. We're here to help every step of the way.

📞 Contact Fall River Health Services to schedule your next appointment.

Skin cancer is the most common — yet most preventable — cancer in the U.S. Protect your skin:

✅ Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily

✅ Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming/sweating

✅ Seek shade, especially 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

✅ Wear hats, UV-blocking sunglasses, and sun-protective clothing

Early detection saves lives. Check your skin monthly and see a dermatologist yearly.

Stay safe, stay seen. 💙
