It is the mission of the Copper County Mental Health Services Board to ensure that appropriate, cost-efficient, and quality behavioral health services are accessible to person in Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon Counties. In the service of its mission Copper Country Mental Health will strive to provide a comprehensive array of behavioral health services for persons living within its four

county catchment area. The continuum of services are intended to increase the independence, improve the quality of life, and support community integration and inclusion of the persons served. Service is tailored to the needs of the consumers.

Yesterday, our agency closed for a half day to celebrate our Annual Summer Social, a special event dedicated to recognizing and thanking our incredible staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the past year.

We appreciate everyone who joined us for an afternoon of games, laughter, and time spent together. Events like these are a great reminder of the outstanding team we have and the important work they do every day.

A special thank you to Mohawk Superette for providing a delicious meal, Tapsa's Tent Rentals, LLC for the tents/tables/chairs, and Biggby Coffee helping make the day a success!
