The Portage Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art aerobic and weight training equipment, and its staff offers personal training services, fitness testing and counseling. We are pleased to announce our upcoming outdoor FUNctional fitness classes, happening right here at Quincy Green in Hancock. These will be happening every Thursday at 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., from June 11 - August 27.

Functional fitness, or "FUNctional fitness" as we're calling it, is strength training to improve stability, reduce fall risk and enrich every day life. These classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities.

Classes can be booked for $5 each, or with the Fitness Center punchcard. Register by using the MemberMe+ app or call 906.483.1149
