Hi, everyone! We have had a lot of questions about our lab that will open soon. I will follow this post with more information, but this is a great start for those with questions.

We have a quality process in place to ensure that you and your P*P get your lab results. Hope this helps answer some questions regarding billing and process. If you are driving to Presque Isle or Bangor for labs - that is no longer necessary. This is the same Quest lab service offered at different locations.

We will enter your insurance information and primary care provider details when you arrive and register with us, which Quest will then perform billing and will send results appropriately.

Quest Diagnostics has an awesome portal and offers great info even before you come for your lab draw, whether it be about cost or process. Patients can utilize many resources on the Quest Diagnostics patient website:

Quest Diagnostics will bill your health insurance separately for laboratory testing. Magnolia will charge a fee to cover specimen collection, supplies, processing and submission of the specimen to Quest.

Rollout pricing:

🌿 $55 collection fee (Magnolia's upfront fee)
($50 if fee is paid with cash, venmo, or local check)
