Not every disorder looks like a panic attack.

Sometimes it looks like not being able to sleep even though you’re exhausted. Or rereading the same email five times before sending it. Or your stomach hurting every morning before work. Or . Or canceling plans because being around people suddenly feels overwhelming.

A lot of people are struggling quietly and just calling it .

is a reminder that anxiety is real, common, and treatable. Early support matters, and asking for help should feel just as normal as asking for help with any other health concern.

You do not have to wait until things completely fall apart to reach out. Give a call today to see what help could look like for you.

Life can be overwhelming.

We can’t eliminate stress completely, but we can create routines, boundaries, and habits that help reduce its impact on our health and daily lives. During Mental Health Awareness Month this May, start prioritizing your well-being and then carry those habits into the rest of the year.

If you’ve been feeling mentally exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or like you’re carrying too much on your own, now is the time to take that first step toward support and balance. Check out Quans Behavioral Health to learn about resources that can help you better manage life’s pressures and protect your mental well-being.

Hey, y'all, don't forget that April is Stress Awareness Month! At QBHS, we’re continuing the conversation in a different way. This time, we are looking at how stress shows up in our daily habits and responses, and treating them like the soundtrack playing in the background of our lives. 🎧

Stress does not always look obvious. Sometimes it repeats quietly. Sometimes it plays too loud. And sometimes we do not realize it has been on repeat until we pause for a bit. ⏸️

This is your Stress Playlist check-in. What has been playing in your background lately?

Whether your playlist was full of shutting down or staying busy, you’re not alone in that rhythm. At QBHS, we help you navigate what you’re carrying so it doesn’t stay on repeat in the center of your life. Drop the “track” that’s been playing for you lately, then find your twin in the comments. 🎵

🗓️ April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a time to recognize the strength of survivors and the ongoing work to end sexual violence.

The National Sexual Violence Resource Center has organized this month into five weekly themes, and we are taking time to highlight the first two while honoring the history and continued impact of this movement.

This week, we are focusing on putting survivors at the center of our conversations. The path to ending sexual violence begins with truly listening to survivors' experiences, creating safe spaces for them to use their voices, and believing them when they speak out. This is just the first step. 👣

The next step is getting support. If you’re a survivor, we’re here and ready to start healing when you are. If you want to be an ally, you can start by following QBHS so you can be prepared to help when it matters. 🤝

Spring is here, and it's the season of renewal, rebirth, and growth. 🌱

April is National Minority Health Month, and this is your reminder that the best decisions are informed decisions. Let’s get informed and take charge of our health, for ourselves and for our communities.

A few ways to get started:

☑️Do a workout with a buddy.
☑️Get a "Health Check-In Partner."
☑️Once a week, choose an “Eat Healthy Only” day.
☑️Advocate for a procedure, treatment, or medication you want to consider.
☑️Schedule your annual physical, mammogram, prostate exam, eye exam, or dental cleaning.

Every action you take matters, especially because minority communities face real health disparities. From diabetes and high blood pressure to cancer and heart disease, communities of color experience higher rates of illness and complications. But we can change the story by advocating for ourselves and looking out for one another. ✨

QBHS is here to support your mental and physical health. Start your journey today and find the best ways to care for you. Let’s build stronger, healthier communities together. 💪🏽
