This new moon in Ta**us is teaching me to scale back.
Meaning to let go of perfectionism and give myself more grace. Release what I can no longer hold and trusting whatever comes next.
Last year I pushed to do all and be all and honestly stretched myself pretty fkn thin. In the process of that I gained, I lost, I received, and I released. The biggest lesson I learned from it was that I’m only one human being and everything happens in divine timing for a reason.

I will be releasing a new menu soon with reduced pricing that I feel reflects the timeline we’re living in and the community around! With that, I will also be letting go of my online booking and website. To book with me, a real conversation has to be held through DMs or texting (985)346-3143.
I will be real with you all and tell you it is unlikely I will answer a phone call as my main priority in life is running around with my toddler. If you have kids, you know they need you the most when you’re on a call.

When I was pregnant, my sister and I drove through the night to watch the sun rise on the east coast (thanks insomnia). 🌊☀️
I swore I would never do a commission painting.. because wow that’s a lot of pressure.. but for her, I took on the challenge. This piece took months to complete compared to my typical pour and be done with it. It took planning and a WHOLE lot of patience. It ripped me out of my comfort zone, but from it I grew as an artist!

Thank you for pushing me to grow, always!

Seeing a different massage therapist is not “cheating.” I wish more therapist encouraged their clients to see multiple MTs because we all offer something totally different!
What your body needs in one session might not be what it needs in the next, but as a collective.. that’s where the real change happens!
