Babywearing looks simple… until you’re holding a wrap with no idea where to start. 😅

I’m a big advocate for baby wearing.

When a baby is held close, they’re receiving constant movement, gentle vestibular input, opportunities to organize their nervous system, and the security of being connected to you. It can support regulation, encourage healthy positioning, and make it easier to move through your day while keeping your baby close.

If your little one isn’t a fan of the wrap at first, don’t give up. A few small adjustments can make all the difference, and in this video Dr. Natalie walks you through exactly how to use a Moby Wrap while sharing tips for babies who are resistant to the process.

That first roll is exciting… but the way baby gets there matters 🤍

Belly-to-back rolling isn’t just about getting from point A to point B. When babies learn to roll with control, not just gravity, they’re building body awareness, supporting timely primitive reflex integration, and creating space for those tight little bodies to move and stretch.

In Aligned Beginnings: The Floor Series, we work through these foundational movements and help you understand how to support your baby through each stage of development.

Join us to learn intentional ways to support your baby’s movement, growth, and confidence 🤍
