A Sweet Trip to Leesburg Dairy Barn 🍦

One of our Assisted Living residents’ favorite out-of-the-county outings is a visit to the Leesburg Dairy Barn—and it did not disappoint!

Even on a rainy day, we made the trip to Highland County and were treated to a delicious lunch served by their wonderful staff.

The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the smiles said it all. Rain or shine, it was a great day spent together enjoying good food and even better company.

If you haven’t had the chance to visit the Leesburg Dairy Barn, it’s definitely worth the drive. Our residents give it a big “thumbs up”! 👍

Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary
With America’s 250th Anniversary approaching this July 4th, our Assisted Living residents have been hard at work bringing a festive, patriotic spirit to the facility—starting right in the dining room.

One afternoon, residents enjoyed creating paper chains, a classic craft that brought back fond memories and plenty of smiles.

Each chain was carefully assembled, and once complete, two flags were proudly displayed and hung throughout the dining area.

Now, each day as residents gather for meals, they are welcomed by Old Glory and the words of the Pledge of Allegiance—a meaningful and daily reminder of the freedoms we are fortunate to enjoy.

Karaoke Fun with Staff and Residents

We are always having a great time here, and our karaoke day was no exception! Staff and residents came together for an afternoon filled with music, laughter, and plenty of unforgettable moments.

From classic favorites to crowd‑pleasing hits, everyone had a chance to grab the mic, sing their heart out, and cheer each other on.

The room was full of energy, smiles, and lots of shared laughter as we enjoyed each performance—whether it was a solo act, a duet, or a group sing‑along.

It’s moments like these that truly bring everyone closer together and create lasting memories.

We absolutely love opportunities like this to connect, have fun, and celebrate each other. Can’t wait for the next karaoke day! 🎤🎶
