POV: Everyone’s obsessed with NeeDoh, but we’ve had the original squishy at Dr. Arroyo’s office all along. 😂🙌🏼

A transformation that goes beyond the waistline!
This patient underwent a Circumferential Lower Body Lift + Breast Lift to remove excess skin, improve abdominal and lower body contours, and lift and reshape the breasts.
The goal? A smoother, more balanced silhouette while maintaining her natural proportions.
Every transformation is unique, and every surgical plan is tailored to the patient.

POV: Dr. Arroyo’s Staff Meeting Itinerary 🎶😂
Dress Code: Apple Bottom Jeans, boots with the fur
Icebreaker: Get Low
Team Building: Shake Your Laffy Taffy
Motivational Speaker: Soulja Boy
Team Morale: Everybody in the club gettin’ tipsy
Meeting Adjourned: To the window, to the wall 💀
When your boss is a millennial, staff meetings just hit different. 😂

Post-Op Lymphatic Massage

A beautiful example of the immediate changes that can be seen after just one hour of post-operative lymphatic massage following a tummy tuck + liposuction.

Post-op lymphatic massage can help support the body’s natural drainage process, reduce fluid retention and swelling, and promote comfort throughout the recovery process.

At Arroyo Plastic Surgery, we offer post-operative lymphatic massages conveniently in-house, allowing our patients to continue their recovery care right here at the office.

Every body heals differently, and consistency throughout recovery is key!
