Lofty Life provides social, emotional, and mental health counseling, coaching, and education for individuals, schools, and organizations. In addition to providing individual and group counseling, Lofty Life leads webinars, online and in-person classes, including processing groups focused on mental health and wellness.

Lofty Life Founder and Principal Therapist, Malené Dixon, has taught led thousands of adults and adolescents, from various backgrounds, through challenging situations in their lives and has helped them identify how to take control of their challenges instead of their challenges controlling them. Teaching and leading its clients to Savor PB&J (Peace, Balance & Joy) is Lofty Life's ultimate goal.
