I have over 10 years of experience working in nursing homes, clinic's, hospital's and private home settings. I have experience working with Alzheimer, Dementia, Cancer, Geriatric , Diabetics and Hospice. I cook and serve meals to patients . I assist the patient with everyday daily living (bathing, grooming, and dressing etc. ) I reposition and turn bedridden patients. I assist those who need help

walking or assistance transferring into a manual wheelchair, electric chair or scooter . I assist the patient with standing up with walker or rollator walker. I do light house keeping (wash dishes, vacuum, sweep, laundry etc.) I take vital signs daily and record patient eating habits and bodily functions. I remind patient to take medication. I transport patent to run errands and doctors visit. I encourage and assist patient to be active .
