If you’re here, you probably found this because something feels off.

Not broken. Not falling apart. Just mentally tired in a way that’s hard to explain.

You’re the person people count on. You handle things. You show up. You make it work, even when it’s hard.

But lately, your brain won’t stop running. Even when the work is done. Even when you’re “supposed to” be relaxing.

You second-guess decisions that used to be automatic. You replay conversations that were fine. You feel stuck in this loop of thinking, analyzing, questioning, and it’s exhausting.

This isn’t about working harder or needing more motivation.

It’s about what happens when a capable mind is operating at capacity, with no space left to recover.

If that sounds familiar, start here. Read through the slides. See if this resonates.

And if it does, welcome. You’re in the right place.

Take care, Dr. Amy 🤍

You’re not struggling because you can’t handle your life.

You’re struggling because it takes too much mental and emotional energy to keep everything running — and everything runs through you.

Most high-functioning professionals and working parents I work with are:
capable
responsible
relied on
successful on paper

But internally, they’re tired of:
• decision fatigue
• constant mental drain
• pressure spilling into home life
• feeling wound up by small disruptions
• ending the day exhausted, even when nothing “big” went wrong

This work isn’t about stress management or motivation.

It’s about reducing the internal cost of responsibility — so:
• decisions feel lighter
• days feel steadier
• pressure doesn’t hijack everything
• you still have energy left at night

I help ambitious professionals navigating work and family:
• reduce mental drain
• ease overthinking and re-deciding
• recover faster when plans change
• build steadier follow-through under pressure

Not by eliminating stress —
but by helping you operate better inside a demanding life.

If this describes your experience and you’re ready for things to feel clearer and less draining,
DM me the word ‘STEADYDAYS’ and let’s chat about how I can best help you.

Take care,
Dr. Amy 🤍

An “easy day” isn’t always easy.

Sometimes it’s the kind of day where nothing explodes…
but your brain is on-call for everyone:

“Can you hop on for 10 minutes?”
“Do we have anything for dinner?”
“Reminder: spirit week tomorrow.”
“Quick question…” (never quick)
“Can you decide?” (again)

And you’re not even doing hard things. You’re just constantly switching gears.

That’s why you can feel completely cooked by mid-afternoon and still think,
“Why am I this tired? I didn’t even do that much.”

Because fatigue doesn’t only come from effort.

It comes from mental load + nonstop choosing.

You’re not lazy. You’re mentally overloaded.

If you want your days to feel steadier, (like you can handle life without crashing by 3pm or snapping by 6pm) DM me “STEADYDAYS” or book a free intro call via the link in my bio.

If 2026 needs to feel different — not just more organized, but more intentional — this is for you.

The New Year Strategy Intensive isn’t about motivation or fixing you.
It’s a focused, high-touch session where we step back and look at:

• how your days are actually running
• what’s quietly draining your energy and attention
• where decisions keep piling up
• what’s realistic to prioritize in this next season
• how to create an action plan that fits your real life — not an ideal one

So you leave with:
– clearer priorities
– fewer decisions pulling at you all day
– a plan you trust yourself to follow
– and a sense of steadiness heading into 2026

If you’re tired of ending the day mentally fried, short-tempered, and replaying everything in your head — and you’re ready for things to feel smoother and more contained —

DM me ‘Strategy’
and I’ll send you the details to book your intensive session.

January spots are limited and this is best for people ready to take action.

Take care,
Dr. Amy 🤍

If your mind feels like it never fully shuts off, I want you to know something...

It’s not because you’re weak or incapable — it’s because you’ve been operating at a high level for a long time without the internal clarity and support you truly need.

High achievers don’t struggle with ability.

They struggle with:
👉mental overload
👉constant decision pressure
👉self-doubt under the surface
👉carrying invisible responsibilities
👉never having real space to reset

The good news? This is fixable.

And it starts with clarity. Clarity about what actually matters, what can be let go, and where you’re holding onto control that’s draining you.

If this landed for you, DM me READY and I’ll walk you through the first step to getting your mind — and energy — back.

Take care,
Dr. Amy

Ever felt like no matter how hard you push… you still feel behind?
It’s not because you’re not working hard enough. It’s because you’re stuck in “task mode.”

Imagine your brain like a bucket:

➡️ Every task you juggle — emails, deadlines, decisions — is like adding water to the bucket.
➡️ But here’s the problem — there are holes in the bucket.

No matter how fast you pour, your energy drains faster than you can refill it.

This is why:

😵‍💫 You reread the same email five times.
😵‍💫 You sit in meetings thinking about all the things you should be doing.
😵‍💫 You feel like you’re sprinting, yet never actually finish anything.
More effort doesn’t fix burnout.

Plugging the holes does.

💬 DM me “BURNOUT” and I’ll send you my free guide to help you break the burnout cycle and finally feel calm and in control again.

Take care,
Amy

If you’re feeling exhausted but still can’t slow down… you’re not alone.

🛑 But FIRST, SAVE this to refer back to later!

Most anxious parents try to grind their way out of burnout — working harder, waking up earlier, or sacrificing rest to “get it all done.”

But here’s the truth: You can’t perform well when your body and mind are running on fumes.

⭐️It isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters more efficiently and with less anxiety.

Here’s how to shift from burnout to better energy:

🧠 1. Stop overestimating your capacity.
Your brain lies to you when you’re anxious — convincing you that you can “just squeeze in one more thing.” Start asking yourself: What’s the most important thing right now? Then stop once it’s done.

🌬️ 2. Build in micro-recoveries.
Instead of powering through your day without a break, pause for 30-60 seconds every 90 minutes. Deep breathing, stretching, or a quick mental reset can prevent mental fatigue.

📝 3. Create a ‘stop doing’ list.
You don’t need more time — you need fewer distractions. Write down 3 tasks you can stop doing this week that don’t align with your priorities.

When you shift your focus from “doing it all” to “doing what matters most” — you’ll feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

💬 Which one are you trying today — setting limits, micro-recoveries, or a ‘stop doing’ list?

Take care,
Dr. Amy 🤍
