"I honestly don’t remember their names, but kudos to these three amazing people. The lady at the front desk on 2/20/2026 around 11am was extremely caring. I missed my way even though I was already in the building, and she was kind enough to pick my call and direct me. I even called back again from the elevator to ask which floor, and she responded quickly and politely. That meant a lot to me. The HCC Coleman student who drew my blood was very professional. He did it just once and got it perfectly. No stress at all. His supervisor was also excellent and very supportive. Next time I come, I will make sure I take note of their names. Due to winter weather and potentially icy road conditions, appointments scheduled for January 26 that were in person will be conducted via telehealth. Patients with scheduled visits will receive direct communication with visit details.
