There are many reasons why someone might experience urine leakage.

It can stem from pelvic floor dysfunction, hip issues, limited foot mobility, prolapse, or poor posture—there’s often more than one factor involved.

That’s why Kegels aren’t always the solution. While they can be helpful in some cases, they may actually worsen symptoms in others. Looking at the whole body is key to identifying the true root cause.

If you’ve been doing Kegels without seeing improvement, it may be time to dig deeper.

I just wish more WOMEN could truly see the value pf Pelvic Floor Rehab. Your digestive system is meant to keep things moving, not store waste. Your large intestine isn’t designed to hold onto stool for a long time, when it does, it can cause bloating, back pain, and pressure in your pelvis.

One of the key ways to improve pelvic floor dysfunction is to get your bowel movements working better.
