More on uncomfortable emotions...

Negative or uncomfortable feelings are emotional states that signal that something needs attention, protection, adjustment, or healing. They are not inherently "bad." In many ways, emotions are the body's notification system, and uncomfortable emotions tend to be the louder alerts.

Like their counterpart, negative emotions are just thoughts, they are whole body experiences involving the nervous system, muscles, hormones, breathing, heart rate, and digestion.

RELEASE
One of the best ways to release these uncomfortable whole body experiences is to get out in nature and notice the vastness of the world. This experience can evoke some of the pore positive experiences such as peacefulness, reverence, and even joy 😊
