What is Hypnotherapy? 🧠✨

Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic technique that helps you access a deeply relaxed, focused state of awareness—sometimes called a “trance” state.

No… you’re not asleep.
No… you’re not out of control.

In fact, you’re more aware, not less.

In this state, your mind becomes more open to exploring patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be harder to access in everyday thinking.

As a therapist, I use hypnotherapy to help clients:
• Reduce anxiety and stress
• Break unwanted habits
• Process emotional blocks
• Build confidence and clarity

Think of it as working with your mind instead of fighting against it.
