đź’ś Sometimes the most helpful thing we can say to someone who is grieving is less than we think.
When someone is grieving, we often want to ease their pain.
We search for the right words.
We try to offer comfort.
We want to help.
But sometimes even well-intentioned phrases can make a grieving person feel unheard, dismissed, or pressured to heal before they're ready.
The good news?
You don't need perfect words.
You don't need answers.
You don't need to fix their grief.
Often, the most meaningful support comes from listening, acknowledging their loss, and simply showing up.
A caring presence can speak louder than any phrase ever could. đź’ś
