We’re so grateful to welcome Dr. Lai to the Winds of Change family.

With experience in addiction medicine, pain management, and anesthesiology, Dr. Lai brings valuable medical expertise to the people we walk alongside in recovery.

At The Hope House, we believe that women deserve more than simply a place to stay. They deserve a safe, supportive home where they can feel understood, build confidence, strengthen their recovery, and begin creating a new chapter in their lives.

Our women-only sober living community provides structure and accountability while supporting each woman as she continues her recovery, with therapy coordination, recovery coaching, wellness opportunities, recovery meetings, and a community of women who understand the journey.

And The Hope House is part of the larger Winds of Change family, alongside Winds of Change Counseling & Recovery, Gift of Recovery, and Ray’s House, allowing us to walk alongside individuals and families through different stages of recovery in Houston and Conroe, Texas.
