How to stay out of Löyly jail:

📵 Cold plunge area = no-phone zone. Take the call outside and let everyone else unplug.

🍑 Keep the cheeks covered. Modest swimwear with full-coverage bottoms or athletic wear is the dress code.

💦 Keep the plunge peaceful. A little movement? Sure. Turning it into a wave pool? Straight to jail.

🔥 Share the hot tub. When it’s busy and people are waiting, be mindful of your time so everyone gets a turn.

🚿 Sauna → rinse → plunge. Every. Single. Time. Yes, even if you rinsed before your session. If you get sweaty in the sauna, rinse before getting into the cold plunge.

Löyly is a shared space. Come as you are, respect the room, and leave it just as good for the person coming in after you. 🫶
