My husband & I have been on a health journey in 2024. He lives with an autoimmune disease called PMR and I live with Type 2 Diabetes. Making small changes in our diet, incorporating movement and wearing continuous glucose monitors has made a big difference. We also take medications that help but the biggest improvements have been from consistent behavior change. I give Weight Watchers a huge credit for our behavior change. I joined WW Clinic and began a GLP-1 in late 2023. I’m down 55 lbs, my A1C is down and I feel better than ever. We did all this while traveling!
