Before children can write successfully, their bodies need foundational skills like:
core strength, shoulder stability, hand strength, bilateral coordination, visual motor integration, attention and regulation.
When these skills are weak, school tasks can feel overwhelming.
You may notice:
✏messy handwriting
🖍avoiding coloring
✂difficulty cutting
✍immature pencil grasp
✋🏽hand fatigue
😫frustration during homework
At our small groups program, we build these skills through movement, play, sensory experiences, and individualized support.
🧠+ 🏃♂️➡️Children learn best when their body and brain work together.
