Yesterday, Friday, May 22, our team came together for Staff Training Day centered around the core pillars that make Endeavor truly Endeavor. Attitude of Gratitude, Learning Animal, Top Teammate, Top Performer, and Client Champion. These values were woven throughout the entire day and continue to guide the work we do as we move forward in creating the best possible environment for both our clients and staff.

Throughout the training, staff were introduced to new growth and learning opportunities designed to support the next steps in their professional journeys as RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. As a teaching facility, Endeavor believes in investing in our team, encouraging continued learning, and helping staff reach the educational and career milestones they are working toward.

Safety also remained a major focus of the day as staff participated in inclement weather and shelter-in-place procedure drills to help ensure preparedness across all programs.

To close out the day, the team enjoyed tacos for lunch and ended the evening with one of our favorite annual traditions, the Endeavor Crawfish Boil! 🦞

We are incredibly proud of the passion, dedication, and heart our staff continues to bring each day. The future of Endeavor is bright because of the people who make up our team, and we are excited to continue growing, learning, and serving together. πŸ’™

Today we are celebrating FIVE amazing years with Kiara! πŸ’™ Her creativity, dedication, and passion for helping our learners shine through in everything she does. From creating engaging life skills activities to helping with fun events like our bake sale, she brings such a thoughtful and positive energy to the EBI team.

As she looks ahead to her next year at EBI, Kiara is focused on passing both her BCaBA and BCBA exams and continuing to grow her career here with us. We are so excited to see all that she accomplishes and the impact she will continue to make for our learners and families.

Fun fact: Kiara is left-handed and also played varsity tennis in high school! 🎾
